Avon Scouts @ Bristol Pride 2025

We’re proud to announce that Avon Scouts will once again be marching in the Bristol Pride Parade, and we’d love for you to join us in celebrating diversity, unity, and the spirit of Scouting for all.
Whether you’re a young person, a leader, or a proud supporter, this is your opportunity to show the world that Scouts is inclusive, welcoming, and open to everyone—regardless of background, identity, or orientation.
🗓️ Event Schedule
9:30 AM – Meet-up
Location: Spicer & Cole / Premier Inn at Finzel’s Reach (BS1 6BX)
Look out for the Rainbow Scout flag and our Avon Scout Pride Banner. Grab a coffee, register with our Pride Coordinator Andy Scully, and get ready for the day.
9:45 AM – Move to Parade Staging Area
We’ll head across the bridge to the Bandstand at Castle Park where we’ll assemble with other groups.
10:15 AM – In Position
All Scouts must be ready in the parade lineup.
10:45 AM – Parade Begins
The vibrant 2-mile parade will wind through central Bristol, concluding at Millennium Square. Expect energy, celebration, and thousands of supporters!
11:30–12:45 PM – Parade Ends
After the march, you’re free to head up to The Downs to enjoy the rest of the Pride Festival. First Bus will offer a free shuttle service for wristband holders.
