RYA Youth Courses – Stage 2

STAGE 2
Pre requisites: Students should understand the basics of sailing and will generally have sailed a boat on their own. Students should bring their Stage 1 certificate and logbook.
This course will consolidate the skills learned in Stage 1 and develop new skills.
At the end of the course students should understand how to rig, capsize, right and sail a boat on their own.
Successful candidates will be awarded a RYA Stage 2 Certificate. After Stage 2 young people may practice their sailing at our Tuesday Club.
