Adapting the Adventure – Let’s Make Scouts Work for Everyone

Sometimes inclusion feels like a big word.

Like something we mean to get right… but aren’t always sure how.

So this session is about the practical stuff. The real-life, “what do I actually do on a Tuesday night?” kind of support.

Join us for Adapting the Adventure – practical support for making Scouts more inclusive and accessible for young people and volunteers.

We’ll explore:

•Simple adjustments that make a big difference

•Supporting neurodiverse young people and volunteers

•Removing barriers without removing adventure

•Building confident, inclusive leadership teams

No jargon. No judgement. Just honest conversation, shared experience and practical ideas you can take straight back to your section.
