It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Rosmarie Kirwan.
Rosmarie, a much-loved and respected member of Avon Scouting, passed away peacefully after a long battle with dementia.

She dedicated many years to Scouting, serving on the County Training Team and later leading it, as well as chairing the County Appointments Advisory Committee. Her exceptional service was recognised with the Silver Wolf Award in 2020 – a moment of pride for both Rosmarie and her husband, John.

Rosmarie’s contribution to Scouting touched countless lives, and her legacy will be remembered fondly.
