We are delighted to relaunch this Special camping award.
The idea of the Avon Scouts Camping Award Scheme is to empower young people to spend at least one night per month out of their beds and engaged in some form of camping activity. This does not need to be as part of an organised event it could be sleeping in your garden when the temperature goes below zero degrees or it could be sleeping with your patrol at Avon County campsite or with another Scout in the tree house at the bottom of the garden.
