Vacancies – Local Training Managers (ADC Leader Trainer) & County Training Team Members

Avon Scouts are looking for a number of individuals throughout the County to support and deliver adult training in line with the national Scout strategy.  Our training volunteers are an intrinsic part of the County plan and will help to shape scouting alongside the young people aged 6 to 18 years.

Local Training Managers / Assistant District Commissioner Leader Training Managers

We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to be trained as Local Training Managers (known as a LTM /ADC Leader Trainer).  You will be an active and enthusiastic individual who wants to be involved in supporting volunteers locally in your District, and on occasion may be asked to support other Districts and vice versa.

County Training Team Members

In addition, a number of our experienced County Trainers are now stepping down from their volunteer roles, and we are pleased to invite applications from new and existing volunteers who wish to be trained and get involved at County level.

LTMs/ADC Leader Training Managers report directly to a District Commissioner, and County Training team members report to the County Training Manager.
