Avon Units to the World Jamboree - UK 2007

For 12 days from 27 July to 8 August 2007, 40,000 young people from all walks of life will be coming together to participate in a once in a lifetime event.

The World Scout Jamboree will be a gathering of Scouts from around the world, including 2 units from Avon, taking part in international cultural activities ranging from all kinds of sports to cookery, crafts and community service.

Our County has two Units going to the World Jamboree, both are now developing well and are looking forward to July and the start of our adventure
