Escouts is a community for Scouting based discussion. It is run by a group of dedicated individuals, who monitor and moderate the forums. At the time of writing there are over 7000 members of the forum, may of who contribute regularly, one of who is Wayne Bulpitt the UK Chief Commissioner.
