Automatic Calendar updates:

By following these instructions you will be able to view the the programme on a calendar on your desktop and get automatic updates as they happen straight to your PC.

You will need a copy of Mozilla Sunbird from: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/calendar/sunbird.html

this is a free calendar program, just download and follow the install instructions.

Once installed you can get your calendar updated with our programme details from the web. To do this:

-Open Mozilla Sunbird,

-In the top left corner make sure the Calendar tab is selected

-In the box beneath this right click then and then left click "New calendar" in the menu

-Select "Remote" and click next

-Select "WebDav" and copy this into the location box:

click next(*)

-Select colour that you want items to show up as and click next

-Click finish.

(*)to get updates on county and national events use these locations instead which are being held and managed by my first network.
