We apologise for the rules, but we want to ensure that everybody can enjoy the
weekend. The most important rule is enjoy yourself!
- Wristbands must be worn at all times. Anyone not wearing a wristband will be asked to leave.
- All safety policies must be adhered to.
- Please remember there are others trying to sleep on and around the site, so please refrain from playing music after midnight, and please keep noise to a minimum.
- The camp fire circle has been set aside as a late night area.
- Camping areas to be kept clean and tidy at all times and recycle were possible.
- No open fires on site except in the camp fire circle.
- No incendiary devices (fireworks).
- No glass on site.
- No vehicles are to be brought onto the camping area. Use the designated car park.
- Strong shoes or boots are required for the Piano Bash.
- No alcohol to be consumed before participating in activities. Instructors reserve the right to refuse participation.
- Only drinks purchased at the bar can be consumed in the bar and entertainment area because of licensing laws.
- Anyone found drunk or incapable may be asked either as an individual or together with their group to leave the site, immediately forfeiting all moneys paid.
- Throughout the weekend Scouting and Guiding standards are expected to be maintained.
- The organisers decision is final.
