Booking In

This year we are trying out the online payment system Google Checkout. This will allow you to pay for Intense using your credit or debit card.

Option 1: Pay by Cheque
  1. Download the Booking Form
  2. Print the booking form
  3. Fill it in with the details of your group
  4. Write a cheque for the full amount. Payable to Avon County Scout - Intense
  5. Post it all to:

              10 Stothard Road
              Lockleaze
              Bristol
              BS7 9XL

    Note: If sending by recorded delivery contact us first to get an address where someone will be able to sign for the letter (it saves me a trip to the post office!)

  6. You will receive a booking receipt by email

Option 2: Pay online by credit / debit card

If using this method then we will add a £2 transaction charge to each invoice. This is to cover the fees Google charge to process the money.

  1. Download the online booking form
  2. Fill it in using Microsoft Word and save it
  3. Email the completed form to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
  4. Once we have received your booking form we will email you an invoice for the amount. Click the link in the email, which will allow you to pay using Google Checkout with you credit or debit card.
  5. Once we receive your payment, we will email you a booking receipt

On Arrival

On arrival to Intense everyone will need to book in. When booking in you will need to have a completed health form (pdf) or (doc). If you do not have a health form you will not be allowed on site until you have completed one. You will receive a wristband, which must be worn all weekend, this will allow you to undertake activities and get served at the bar.

Your group contact will receive a Welcome Pack which will tell you useful information about the weekend.

You will also be able to book in for the various team activities and competitions that are available and book your piano for the Piano Bash.


Deadline

Deadline for bookings is 31st August 2008. Bookings received after this date may not be able to receive catering or a t-shirt. Please contact us before making any bookings after this date.


Don't forget if you book before the 1st August you will receive a free Intense t-shirt.
