Booking In

After the popularity last year we are continuing to use the online payment system Google Checkout. This will allow you to pay for Intense using your credit or debit card.

• Everyone is required to include their association membership number on their booking form. Click here for more details.
• Please read the Booking Conditions

Option 1: Pay by Cheque

1. Download the PDF Booking Form or Word Booking Form
2. Print the booking form
3. Fill it in with the details of your group
4. Write a cheque for the full amount. Payable to Avon County Scout - Intense
5. Post it all to:
             Intense
             10 Stothard Road
             Lockleaze
             Bristol
             BS7 9XL
   
   

   Note: If sending by recorded delivery contact us first to get an address where someone will be able to sign for the letter (it saves me a trip to the post office!)

6. You will receive a booking receipt by email after we have processed your booking

Option 2: Pay online by credit / debit card

If using this method then we will add £1.50 per person.

1. Download the booking form
2. Fill it in using Microsoft Word and save it
3. Email the completed form to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
4. Once we have received and processed your booking form we will email you a booking conformation with a link to allow you to pay using Google Checkout with you credit or debit card.
5. Once we receive your payment, we will email you a booking receipt

Deadline

The deadline for bookings is 3rd September 2010. Bookings received after this date may not be able to receive catering or a t-shirt. Please contact us before making any bookings after this date.

Don't forget if you book before the 1^st August you will receive a free Intense t-shirt.
