About Network
Network is the newest section of the Scout movement. It
has been designed to meet the needs of the Scout Association’s members between
the age’s of 17½ to 25.
What is
Junction 19?
Junction is a local Network covering the
northern region of North Somerset including Backwell, Clevedon, Nailsea,
Portishead, Yatton & everywhere in between.
What activities do Network run?
Network is run by the members for the members and so
this means our programme is tailored to suit all. Therefore there is a mixture
of adventurous activities like caving and canoeing along with more sociable
events like go-karting and cinema trips. In terms of awards we offer the
Duke of Edinburgh award scheme along with more tradition scouting awards like
the Queen’s Scout award.
