Activity notification form- on line

This form must be submitted at least SEVEN days before each activity taking place outside the District.
Please print a copy for your records.
A validation check is made on the information entered before the form is processed, you will be advised of any missing information. Remember, whenever an activity takes place outside the District a Home Contact must be appointed.
You will see a copy of the information that has been submitted after you click the "SUBMIT INFORMATION" button.
In addition to the information going to the District, a copy is also kept in County records.

Nights Away Notification- on line

For all Nights Away experiences the information below should be with your District Commissioner (or appointee) SEVEN days before the event (in normal circumstances). How the information is passed on will depend on local arrangements (this may be for example by telephone call, email or fax).
For all Nights Away held at facilities not owned or operated by Scouting, such as public or commercial campsites and youth hostels, the host District Commissioner must also receive a copy of the information, normally this should be FOURTEEN days before the event. Whilst the form below can be used for notifying your home District Commissioner, you will need to make other arrangements for notifying the host District Commissioner.
