Cleeve Hill is the District Camp Site of Bath Scouts and is set on the edge of the City boundary approximately 3 miles from the centre of Bath on Kelston Road. It consists of 5.5 acres of secluded countryside and is within easy reach of Bristol.

LOCATION
The site is on the A431 (Kelston Road) West of Bath next to Oldfield Girls School and is suitable for all ages.
Access is via the gate on the East side next to the private residence Half Way House. Turning in to the site must be from the Bath direction due to a sharp corner. Access is not suitable for large vehicles e.g. coaches.

INDOOR ACCOMMODATION
Scott Cabin
Scott Cabin is a 30ft (9.0m) x 15ft (4.5m) cabin and is suitable as indoor accommodation, Winter Camps etc.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with metered electricity for cooking etc and has a refrigerator fitted.
The cabin and kitchen are lit throughout and additional power points are available.

CAR PARKING
All cars are to be parked in the car park (no parking allowed in the Camp Field).

WASTE DISPOSAL
Everything to be burnt - items not burnable to be deposited at local amenity tip.

FIREPLACES
3 fireplaces are cut on the east side of the field, no others may be made.  Altar fires may be used providing underturf is protected.

WET PITS
Wet Pits are not to be dug.

SECURITY
All gates are to be kept closed.

Bona fide youth groups, affiliated to a parent organisation, are able to use the site. Non Scout/Guide youth groups are required to be insured againsy personal and public liability, and will be required to provide details of their insurance and charitable status. No music, singing or noise is allowed between 10.30pm and 8.00am. Disturbance to neighbouring properties is not permitted.
