Whilst Ashton Court is a great venue it has one slight drawback in that there is very limited parking. There will therefore be no parking on site for this event. We therefore hope that everybody will look to travel in to the event by coach. As well as helping with traffic congestion it will also help with our carbon footprint.

To make this easy we have appointed Coombs Coaches as the Bear Hunt Transport partner and they will be coordinating coaches for the whole County. Each District will have a number of pick up points around their District.

In addition to the coach service we will be operating our own park and ride service. This will operate from the Long Ashton Park and Ride car park and we are providing our own coaches to shuttle participants to the Ashton Court site. On arrival to the park and ride car park, participants will need to check in with their District Representative, who will issue a wristband, which will allow access to a shuttle bus.

Note: There will be no registration at Ashton Court and wristbands will be only issued on the coaches, so if you turn up directly at Ashton Court, you will not get a wristband and will be unable to take part in the event.
