The programme for the Bear Hunt on Saturday 7th May 2011 will be as follows:

Time Activity
8:00am to 10:00am Participants arrive at Ashton Court and assemble at District Meeting areas
9:00am Activities start
10:00am Districts assemble at main stage
10:15am to 10:45am Promise Renewal Service and entertainment (no activities)
12:30pm to 1:15pm Lunch (no activities)
3:45pm Activities stop
District Tea Party
4:00pm to 6:00pm Districts leave on coaches

Exact times for pick up and drop off and locations will be notified nearer the event by District Coordinators.
