To simplify the booking process each District will be responsible for its own bookings and collecting money in advance. This will be handled by a District Bear Hunt Coordinator or DC.

Coloured wristbands will be issued to the District Coordinator in advance and these will be issued to participants on the coaches or available at the park and ride car park. If you do not have a wristband then your will not be able to take part in the event or activities.

Deadline

The closing date for bookings is Friday 15th April 2011. We need to know numbers in advance so our coach company can organise the coach routes and sizes. Bookings are still open! The coaches have now been arranged, however there may still be a few places left on a coach or you can use the Park and Ride service.

Costs

The cost of the event is just £15 per person, which includes coach transport from your District pick up point. If you use our park and ride service the cost is £12 per person.

Leaders and Adult helpers cost is just £5. We have reduced the cost to £5 to enable as many adults to attend as possible, therefore allowing more young people the opportunity to attend and to make the event a huge success.
