After many years of supporting activity provision in Avon, Alan Dempster is stepping down as ACC Activities, which creates a vacancy for the role.  I am now looking for someone with a passion for adventurous activities to enable and encourage our 10,000 members to take part in adventures outdoors.  The main requirements of the role are :

• Managing the adventurous activity permit scheme
• Ensuring that good quality information and advice is available to members about adventurous activities
• Managing the county’s direct provision of adventurous activities
• Managing the provision of training in adventurous activities to adults in the county
