Training Advisers perform a key role in supporting colleagues with their adult training needs. Training Advisers are usually Section Leaders who hold a relevant Wood Badge. They are often experienced leaders, and support leaders working in the same section as themselves. This enables them to provide support through the formal training process, as well as imparting the knowledge and experience they have picked up during their Scouting.
