Activity Notification



You should submit an Activity Notification Form to your District Commissioner seven days before planned activities.

You can submit the required information electronically by selecting your District from the list below, then completing and submitting the form.

Don't forget ...
- for an overnight event you need to submit a Nights Away Notification Form

Please note that in addition to the information being submitted to your District Commissioner a copy is also kept for County records.
